The Indian School of Business (ISB) has one of the best and brightest pools of management talent across the world. Organisations benefit greatly by hiring from ISB for their talent requirements. It follows a lateral hiring process that is spread over 3 to 4 months, giving both recruiters and students time to find their best fit. Indian School of Business Campus Placements

Companies are invited to visit the Hyderabad and Mohali campuses and interact with students through pre-placement activities such as presentations, competitions, speaker sessions, consulting projects etc. Students get the opportunity to understand company philosophies, recruitment strategies and talent requirements, thus making an informed decision on their career choice. The unified class, with identical class composition at both the locations, comprises students from diverse academic, professional, cultural, geographic and social backgrounds and makes ISB the largest talent pool among premier Business Schools in India. Indian School of Business Campus Placements
In its 15th year now, ISB is spread across two campuses at and operates as ‘One School’.

The 2016 MBA graduates of the Indian School of Business (ISB) were recruited through an “integrated” placement conducted for both the Hyderabad and Mohali campuses. 297 companies took part in the recruitment process which resulted in 1151 offers made by companies like Mc Kinsey, Boston Consulting Group, EY, Deloitte and KPMG, the top recruiters. Technology firms like Apple, Microsoft, Philips, HCL made offers to 5 percent of the class whereas E-commerce companies such as Flipcart and Amazon made 180 offers. Indian School of Business Campus Placements

ISB attributes the success of the recruitment process to a more flexible hybrid model which allowed companies exclusive days to carry out their more extensive hiring process. Along with the regular recruiters what marked a first for ISB in 2016 was that the Government of Andhra Pradesh made offers to 11 students to become Chief Minister’s Fellows. These recruits are expected to support the state’s initiatives in implementing policies that would contribute to its vision of emerging as a choice destination for investors.

ISB also said that this year’s offer included an increase in senior leadership positions, including CXO positions, several of which were to women graduates. Aix Bank which runs its “Women Leadership Programme” at ISB made 30 offers, 12 more than the previous year. Indian School of Business Campus Placements
