Financial need is not a barrier to a quality UPenn education. UPenn admits undergraduate students without regard to need, and offers “all-grant” financial aid, substituting grants for loans in undergraduate financial aid packages since 2009.
UPenn’s undergraduate financial aid budget has grown by 161 percent throughout the past nine years, even during one of the country’s most difficult financial periods.
